Extreme headaches.. ?

im 19.. almost 20 and ive had these headaches for the last 2 weeks straight day after day.. advil, aleve, excedrin and anacin wont help at all.. i just started seeing a chiropractor just in case it is tension.. and nothing so far helps.. it hurts so much i almost want to cry.. i got these headaches last year as well where i had them for 4 months straight day after day.. i went to the dr had xrays bloodwork done and everything.. no tumor, no blood pressur issue, etc.. the only thing new i have is pericarditis for my heart but idk what to do.. its so hard to deal with day in and day out and sometimes i feel i cant make it trhough the day.. :( please give me some advice
