Ok would you let a guy?

ok after the second week of dating and spending time together, girls would you let a guy touch your chest and only your chest? i mean thats not bad at all...it's just touching and thats as far as it goes and dont say nothing about having after 2 weeks, im not like that it's not gonna happen like that...we'll be waiting for a good while before we go that far, were both slow movers...but touching a girls chest after the second week...what do you all think? thanks :)
