Horse rugs driving me mad???!!! Rambo, Rhino, NIKSI?!?

My friggen Arab is the same way. Her fat gut rips everything I put on her. I've resorted to duct tape (when practical, lets face it a duct tape blanket with a few pieces of cotton and polyester interwoven just isn't going to work) and recently bought a pretty cheap waterproof sheet that I toss on over a crappy stable rug. She can rip the snot out of them both and its only about $30 for a new (used) one. I feel your pain, I've spent SO much money on blankets in the past few years. Pretty soon I'm going to go get an industrial tarp and line it with wool. :)
