How would you tell your parents you're pregnant AGAIN?

I’m bout to be 19 in July n im 12 wks pregnant I don’t know how to tell my parents because recently I just went threw a miscarriage 3.5 months ago n had dnc. Me n my boyfriend didn’t plan this pregnancy again n we were safe but sum how I got pregnant again n I feel like my parents are going to b disappointed dat I got pregnant so soon. They took the first pregnancy ok cuz they were more worried for me n the baby n were there for me through out my whole miscarriage but i feel like they are not going to take this one so good? what should I do?
