Are our public roads and private swimming pools really safe???

Is not save, because we , our people make it ! is save, because we ,our people make it. All Singapore ROADS and Public Pool , condos Pool is world standard in safety. Is more and more people crossing road,while the eyes only looking to the SMS,people like to crossing when "Red man " sings is on, just don't care , ( you don't see this in Japan , there wait till green man, even not a car p too ) many driver RUSH on the road, with out Law ! Children like to play into adults poor, and those adults who not good in swimming, action like " FISH ". that make things happen.
