How do you compare the DC metroplex with NYC, LA and Chicagoland?
Many have praised the Northwestern Quadrant, Northern Virginia and Montgomery County in Maryland...but compared to other metropolitan areas: like NYC, LA, Chicagoland and San Francisco, where does the DC area stand? Is it better or worse? Why?
