Is it legal to ahem get affectionate with a guy in a nursing home?

I don't work in a nursing home but I sometimes visit my friend's aunt there. Anyways, I've seen this cute old guy around 81. I'm 39. I just think old people look adorable and I want to get affectionate with him. He sometimes flirts with me and I flirt back. I'm divorced and like this guy a lot better than my ex. He doesn't need a diaper or need to be fed or anything but he has almost no short term memory. Should I go for it?
